INGREDIENTS

6  tablespoons butter

1  cup flour

1  cup sugar

4  eggs

2  cups milk

1  tablespoon vanilla extract


DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter in oven in a 9x13 pan (cast iron skillet); should be sizzling when you take it out.  

Meanwhile, mix other ingredients until very frothy. Pour batter into pan/skillet with melted butter.

Bake 40 minutes. Eat immediately.

Grandma’s Spinach Dip

GRANDMA'S SPINACH DIP  #SPINACH #DIP INGREDIENTS:  •2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and water squeezed out  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion  •1 cup chopped parsley •1 cup sour cream •1/2 cup mayonnaise  •1/2 tsp. Celery salt (or 1/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. celery seed)  DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Serve with pumpernickel bread and/or favorite crackers.
